PTFE Sheets

Our PTFE Sheets are manufactured from premium, certified Polytetrafluoroethylene raw materials, offering unmatched chemical inertness and a low coefficient of friction. We provide a comprehensive range to suit every sealing, lining, and machining application:

• Molded Sheets: Available in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 50mm with common sizes like 300 x 300mm, 600 x 600mm, and large-format 1000 x 1000mm plates.
• Skived Sheets: Extremely thin material available from 0.1mm to 3.5mm in various widths, perfect for lining, thin gaskets, and non-stick applications.

All sheets are produced under strict quality control, available in virgin PTFE for maximum purity and filled grades (including Glass, Carbon, and Bronze) to enhance mechanical performance. We also offer chemical treatment on skived sheets to facilitate bonding with metals.
