Each PTFE Spool Pipe is built on a foundation of structural integrity while offering simplified installation:

  • Piping Base: Constructed from ASTM A106 Gr. B Schedule 40 Pipe for exceptional strength and durability.
  • Size Range: Available in a wide range from 15 NB to 300 NB.
  • Flange Design: Features one fixed flange and one loose (lap-joint) flange (ASTM A 105 hubs). This combination allows for easy, rotation-free alignment during installation, drastically simplifying setup.
  • Dimensions: Flange dimensions adhere strictly to ANSI B16.5 and ASA 150# specifications.

Advanced PTFE Lining

The critical protection is provided by the seamless inner lining:

  • Lining Material: Lined with PTFE conforming to ASTM D-4895/4894, or alternative options like Antistatic PTFE, PP, PVDF, and HDPE as required.
  • Lining Integrity: The lining thickness is verified to ASTM F 1545 standards.
