Our PTFE Spacers are crucial components in the Lined Pipe & Fittings category, used to ensure correct flange separation, provide a corrosion-resistant seal face, and facilitate proper gasket alignment in flanged connections. We offer two primary types to meet different system requirements: Carbon Steel (CS) Lined Spacers and Pure PTFE Spacers.

Versatile Construction Options

We provide the flexibility to choose the ideal spacer material for your application:

  • Carbon Steel (CS) Spacers: These spacers use a robust IS 2062 metal core for mechanical strength. The entire internal wetted surface is lined with a high-performance fluoropolymer to achieve chemical inertness. This option is ideal where maximum structural rigidity is required.
  • Pure PTFE Spacers: These spacers are moulded entirely from PURE PTFE (807/805). They offer universal chemical resistance across all surfaces and function effectively as a combination spacer and gasket.

Universal Corrosion Protection

Both spacer types ensure reliable sealing and corrosion protection:

  • Lining/Material: We use high-grade polymers, including PTFE, PFA (conforming to ASTM D-3307), FEP, PP, PVDF, or Antistatic PFA.
  • Size Range: Available in a wide range from 25 NB to 300 NB.
  • Flange Standard: Dimensions strictly adhere to ANSI B 16.5 and ASA 150# specifications for direct, reliable integration.

Guaranteed Quality and Integrity

Every spacer undergoes meticulous quality assurance to guarantee integrity:

  • CS Spacer Verification: Spark Test is performed at 15 KV DC on the lined Carbon Steel spacers to guarantee 100% lining non-porosity and a complete chemical barrier.
  • Dimensional Check: 100% Dimensional and Visual Check ensures precise fit and function.
