Engineered for Maximum Reliability

Each component is built on robust metal foundations and secured with industry-standard specifications:

  • Piping Base: Constructed from Schedule 40 Seamless Pipe for structural integrity.
  • Flanges: All flanges are drilled to ANSI B16.5 and rated to Class 150# for universal compatibility and secure integration.
  • Manufacturing Standard: Pipes and fittings are made from quality metal materials, including Stainless Steel (SS), WCB, or SGI.

Advanced Fluoropolymer Protection

The core of our product is the seamless fluoropolymer lining, which completely isolates the fluid from the metal substrate:

  • Lining Material: We use premium PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) and FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) for exceptional chemical resistance.
  • Lining Thickness: The protective layer is applied with a substantial thickness ranging from 3mm to 8.5mm, ensuring a long service life.
  • Service Temperature: PFA handles temperatures up to 230°C, while FEP is suitable up to 180°C.

Guaranteed Quality Assurance

Every piece is rigorously tested to ensure the lining is non-porous and structurally sound:

  • Test Pressure: Each component is pressure-tested up to 20 kg/cm2.
  • Spark Test: A 15 KV DC Die Electric Spark Test is performed to verify the integrity and non-porosity of the entire fluoropolymer lining, guaranteeing a 100% corrosion barrier.
