Swing Check Valves
Our FEP/PFA Lined Swing Check Valves are engineered with an excellent design to deliver exceptional performance and a longer service life by providing reliable, automatic backflow prevention in corrosive fluid systems. These valves are essential two-port components that operate without external control, ensuring fluid flows in only one direction.
Chemically Inert and Reliable Design
The mechanism features a disc (or flap) that swings on a hinge to block return flow, immediately and automatically responding to pressure changes. The entire fluid path is completely protected from the process media.
- Lining Protection: The valve body (available in robust metals like S.G. Iron, WCB, SS 304, or SS 316) is seamlessly lined with 3mm to 5mm of FEP or PFA, creating a universal chemical barrier.
- Automatic Operation: The valve functions solely based on fluid dynamics, requiring low maintenance and no external control.
- Sizes: Available from 25mm to 150mm, with flanges conforming to ANSI B 16.5 Class 150 specifications.
Quality and Testing Assurance
Every valve is rigorously tested to guarantee dimensional accuracy and integrity of the chemical barrier, ensuring absolute reliability under pressure.
