Our FEP/PFA Lined Plug Valves are engineered for superior performance in highly corrosive and high-purity applications. Designed as a single-piece unit as per BS-5351, these valves guarantee a bubble-tight shutoff and zero external leakage, making them ideal for critical process isolation.
Key Features and Construction
The valves feature a robust metal body (available in S.G. Iron, WCB, SS 304, or SS 316) and plug, both completely lined with a thick 3mm to 5mm layer of FEP or PFA. This construction ensures full flow efficiency with minimal pressure drop and provides a chemically inert barrier against the most aggressive media.

- Operating Range: Handles temperatures from – 20°C to 180°C (FEP) or up to 230°C (PFA).
