Diaphragm Valves
Our FEP/PFA Lined Diaphragm Valves provide an exceptional performance solution for tight shut-off and flow control, especially in highly corrosive or high-purity media where contamination is unacceptable. Designed with an excellent design as per BS-5156, these valves ensure a longer service life and reliable operation.
Contamination-Free Design
The core benefit of the diaphragm valve lies in its sealing mechanism: the fluid media is completely isolated from the bonnet and operating mechanism by the PTFE diaphragm.
- Body & Lining: The valve body (available in S.G. Iron, WCB, SS 304, or SS 316) is fully lined with 3mm to 5mm of FEP or PFA, creating a chemically inert fluid path.
- Diaphragm: The PTFE diaphragm, backed by Neoprene rubber for resilience, provides a leak-free seal against the body weir.
- Temperature Range: Handles demanding process temperatures up to 180C (FEP) or 230C (PFA).
- Sizes: Available from 25mm to 250mm, with flanges conforming to ANSI B 16.5 Class 150.
