Butterfly Valves
Our FEP/PFA Lined Butterfly Valves are designed for efficient flow control and bidirectional 100% tight shutoff in highly corrosive applications. These valves combine a robust metal body with high-performance fluoropolymer lining to deliver excellent resistance properties and a longer functional life in the harshest environments.
Core Design and Performance
This compact, two-piece design allows for full flow control in a quarter-turn operation. The valve is engineered to be mounted directly between flanges without requiring any additional gasket packing for installation, simplifying maintenance. The disc (flapper) and the body seat (sleeve) are fully lined:
- Body & Flapper Materials: Available in S.G. Iron, WCB, SS 304, or SS 316, all fully lined.
- Lining Material: FEP/PFA is used for the sleeve and flapper lining (3 to 5 mm THK), providing universal chemical resistance. PTFE is used for the sleeve in larger sizes (above 200mm).
- Size Range: Available in sizes from 50mm to 450mm.
- Temperature Resistance: Capable of handling temperatures up to 180C (FEP) or 230C (PFA).

Every valve is built to high standards (BSEN E: API) and undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee reliability:
