Our FEP/PFA Lined Ball Check Valves are designed to deliver exceptional performance in preventing backflow of highly corrosive media, all while ensuring low maintenance costs. This precise design provides reliable one-way flow control in critical chemical and high-purity piping systems.
Corrosion-Free Operation
The mechanism is simple yet highly effective: a mirror-finish PTFE ball seats perfectly within the lined body to create a seal. The entire fluid path is protected by robust fluoropolymer lining.
- Lining Protection: The metal valve body (available in S.G. Iron, WCB, SS 304, or SS 316) is fully protected by a seamless 3mm to 5mm thick FEP or PFA lining, guaranteeing complete chemical inertness.
- Sealing Component: The PTFE ball is resistant to virtually all chemical attacks and offers extremely low friction, minimizing wear and ensuring reliable seating.
- Operating Range: Designed to handle temperatures up to 180C (FEP) or 230C (PFA).
- Sizing: Available in sizes from 25mm to 150mm, with flange drilling to ANSI B 16.5 Class 150. The required operating direction is clearly marked on the body by an arrow.
